Job summary

Hexagon Group in Balagtas, Bulacan, is seeking a QA & Compliance Supervisor to lead quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance in cold storage operations. You will implement HACCP/FSMS, manage audits, ensure traceability, and drive continuous improvement across the QMS.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5–7 years QA experience, and at least 2 years in supervision, with priority for HACCP/Lead Auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years QA experience in cold storage, food manufacturing, or FMCG.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in QA or food safety.
• Preferably with Food Safety Certification (HACCP / Lead Auditor).
• Incumbent will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee HACCP, FSMS, GSDP, SSOP, and cold-chain compliance programs.
• Ensure full compliance with NMIS, BFAR, FDA, LGU, and other regulatory bodies.
• Approve release of cold storage areas after sanitation and verification.
• Conduct sensory evaluation when necessary for compromised products.
