JJF Frozen Foods in Pangasinan, Philippines, seeks an experienced Cold Storage Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our cold storage warehouse operations, ensuring safe, compliant storage, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. You will guide warehouse personnel and drive process improvements across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

The role requires 5+ years in cold storage warehouse operations with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, plus knowledge of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cold storage warehouse operations, with 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in cold storage, frozen food, FMCG, manufacturing, or food distribution is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Knowledge of GMP and HACCP and Philippine regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the cold storage warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and delivery preparation activities.
Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space while maintaining proper product segregation and organization.
Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor warehouse capacity and recommend improvements for storage optimization.
Maintain high inventory accuracy and oversee stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns, dispatches).
Ensure proper FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
Ensure all cold storage facilities maintain required temperature standards.
Monitor refrigeration systems and coordinate maintenance.
Respond to temperature deviations or equipment failures promptly.
