Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3–5 years in QA or Food Safety, preferably in cold storage, warehousing, or food manufacturing.
• HACCP certification preferred and often mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Establish, implement, monitor, and maintain QMS and food safety programs.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, temperature, and packaging compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate quality incidents and implement CAPA with root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with operations and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
