Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking an experienced L3 Cloud Operations Engineer to lead our cloud operations team for global clients in hedge funds and financial services.

You will act as the highest-level escalation point, mentor L1/L2 engineers, and own major incident processes across Azure, networking, security, and back-end infrastructure. You will also drive improvements, coordinate with vendors, and guide client engagements, with a clear path toward a Team Lead role within the US Managed Services

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a third line (L3) or senior helpdesk/service desk/cloud operations role within an MSP or MSSP.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership, senior escalation, or mentorship capacity.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise Windows environments, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading major incident resolution and driving root cause analysis in client facing environments with stringent SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and Jira for project and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers.
• Lead major incidents end-to-end, including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Troubleshoot Azure, networking, security, and back-end infra across multi-tenant environments.
• Coordinate with vendors during incidents and changes.
• Design automation and improve Jira workflows.
• Liaise with clients and manage onboarding.
