Qualifications

• 4–6 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading Team Leaders or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong background in client management, including ownership of escalations, service performance, and growth conversations.
• Proven ability to oversee operations of 100+ staff.
• Experience in the insurance and/or mortgage sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to work cohesively and independently.
