Job summary

Empower in Manila is seeking a Senior Manager Client Services to oversee client service activities at plan sponsor and advisor levels and to drive policy execution for high-quality, cost-efficient service. You will lead the Client Service Managers, guide staff growth, and ensure fair handling of legal issues and complaints.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant leadership experience, and proven ability to manage a team, develop staff, and optimize service delivery using MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Previous management experience leading a client-facing service team.
• Experience attracting, managing, retaining and developing staff.
• Familiarity with employee benefits recordkeeping systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned Client Service Managers.
• Ensure high-quality service is provided to all clients in a cost-efficient manner.
• Provide leadership to the team including growth and development.
• Ensure legal issues and complaints are handled fairly and consistently.
• Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures affecting the organization.
• Meet objectives and allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Stay current on legal and regulatory issues and their impact on Empower's clients.
