Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading accounts in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships.
• Strong commercial sense: scope, revenue, margins.
• Excellent presenter and negotiator with constructive conflict skills.

Responsibilities

• Own senior Client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive organic growth by identifying expanded needs and opportunities.
• Lead pitches, proposals, and opportunities to grow the agency portfolio.
• Manage unit profitability: scope, resourcing, hours, revenue, margins.
