You will be at the center of the Client-Agency relationship—turning business needs into clear briefs, moving campaigns through the Agency, and strengthening Client relationships by ensuring the team adds strategic value beyond day-to-day execution. This role is for someone ready to operate with increasing independence: someone who can anticipate issues, give sound counsel, protect good creative work, and keep multiple moving parts under control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong day-to-day Client relationships and become a dependable source of counsel, context, and solutions across the accounts you manage.
- Create strong briefs and Client recommendations that are clear, strategically grounded, complete, and actionable for creative, strategy, digital, and production teams.
- Run campaigns end to end: manage timelines, dependencies, budgets, approvals, stakeholders, and handoffs so work moves cleanly from briefing to launch.
- Protect delivery quality by securing realistic lead times, maintaining reporting commitments, and keeping Clients and internal teams aligned on what happens next.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy and communication across Client-facing materials, reports, estimates, documentation, and regulatory or approval requirements.
- Use competitive intelligence, campaign performance, data, and emerging tools to bring more proactive value to Client conversations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a comparable client-servicing role, preferably within an advertising, digital, or integrated Agency.
- Strong Client management skills with the confidence to handle day-to-day conversations, presentations, feedback, and problem-solving independently.
- Excellent project management instincts: organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several campaigns and stakeholders at once.
- Strong writing and briefing skills, with the ability to translate a Client ask into a clear, useful brief that gives internal teams what they need to do great work.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing, digital platforms, campaign development, budgets, and Agency workflows.
- Commercial awareness, including scope, timelines and costs.
- Comfort with data, AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging marketing channels is a strong advantage.
