Publicis Groupe seeks an Account Director to lead strategic client relationships for major consumer brands in the fastest growing regional market. You will oversee brand strategies, staffing, and client communications while supporting an Account Service team.

You will mentor and develop team members, drive reporting, and manage budgets to meet targets, ensuring cross-sell opportunities across the Groupe's units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account/digital/production within a creative agency.
• Strong understanding of digital production and client communications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver against KPIs.
