Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive (Client Accounting) to deliver comprehensive financial services to a diverse client portfolio. You will prepare full sets of accounts, handle payroll and tax filings, and ensure compliance with Singapore FRS while aligning with local regulations.

You will work with the accounting team to drive process improvements, stay updated on regulatory changes, and liaise with bankers and auditors.

Competenze

Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field.
4 years of experience in a client accounting or bookkeeping role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks).
Familiarity with Singapore's tax and regulatory environment.
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

Prepare full sets of accounts and compilation reports for clients in compliance with Singapore FRS and tax regulations.
Process payroll, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities for clients.
Prepare quarterly GST report and filing.
Convert financial statements to XBRL report.
Liaise with bankers, auditors and other professional parties.
Apply internal risk management procedures (i.e. KYC/AML).
Collaborating with the broader accounting team to identify and implement process improvements.
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
