Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive (Client Accounting) to deliver comprehensive financial services to a diverse client portfolio. You will prepare full sets of accounts, handle payroll and tax filings, and ensure compliance with Singapore FRS while aligning with local regulations.

You will work with the accounting team to drive process improvements, stay updated on regulatory changes, and liaise with bankers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field.
• 4 years of experience in a client accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with Singapore's tax and regulatory environment.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and compilation reports for clients in compliance with Singapore FRS and tax regulations.

• Convert financial statements to XBRL report.

About the role
As a Senior Accounts Executive (Client Accounting), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive financial and accounting services to our diverse portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare full sets of accounts and compilation reports for a portfolio of clients in compliance with Singapore FRS and tax regulations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines

• Processing payroll, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities for clients

• Prepare quarterly GST report and filing

• Conversion of financial statements to XBRL report

• Liaise with bankers, auditors and other professional parties

• Apply internal risk management procedures (i.e. KYC/AML)

• Collaborating with the broader accounting team to identify and implement process improvements

• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for
