Job summary

Kensington Corporate Management (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, Client Accounting and Tax to deliver accounting, tax and compliance services to a diverse client portfolio.

You will support Managers, lead onboarding initiatives, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior team members. The role covers bookkeeping, GST, corporate tax, XBRL filings, and preparation of management accounts and unaudited financial statements for Singapore private limited companies; you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• ACCA qualification or similar professional credential is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of outsourced accounting or corporate services experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies and ensure timely bookkeeping, payroll, GST and XBRL compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts for clients.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements per SFRS.
• Prepare GST returns, tax computations and Form C/C-S for IRAS.
• Liaise with clients and advise on accounting, payroll, ACRA and IRAS matters.
• Mentor junior team members and support Managers in reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Assist onboarding, portfolio transitions and migration of records.
