Job summary

Proseso Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate to lead key client accounts and guide Associates in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You will ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, manage client relationships, and coordinate with management on complex accounting issues.

The role balances hands-on accounting work with team leadership, overseeing month-end, tax filings, and reporting to support growth for both Philippine and Singapore clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting, audit, or outsourced finance services.
• Experience supervising or reviewing staff work is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable, professional, and capable of handling key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall outputs and client relationship for assigned key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and client requirements.
• Review work performed by Associates and provide guidance and support.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned team.
• Oversee journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Review bank reconciliations and financial reports prior to submission.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax filings in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies.
• Coordinate with management on complex issues and client requirements.
