Maya Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clearing Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end clearing and treasury-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

You will review and approve transactions, monitor exceptions, and lead process improvements while coordinating with banks and internal teams to strengthen controls and efficiency. The role requires 3-5 years in clearing, settlements, or banking operations, with strong knowledge of BSP rules and risk

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in clearing, settlements, treasury operations, payments, or banking operations.
• Experience with reconciliation, exception handling, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of BSP regulations and internal controls.
• Experience supporting audit or regulatory reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of clearing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve transactions, reconciliations, and settlement reports.
• Monitor exceptions and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Lead investigations and implement preventive actions for incidents.
• Coordinate with banks, clearing houses, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and audit documentation; support process improvements.
