Job summary

AP Cargo is seeking a Claims Manager to oversee the assessment, investigation, and resolution of customer claims. You will ensure claims are validated, documented, processed on time, and settled fairly per company policies.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with UCC, Track & Trace, Warehouse, Transport, and HR teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in claims, logistics operations, or related fields, with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Experience in claims investigations, assessment, or dispute resolution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess customer claims for validity.
• Lead or participate in claims investigations with relevant documents.
• Coordinate with UCC, Track & Trace, Warehouse, Transport, HR, and teams during investigations.
• Validate documents required for claims assessment.
• Handle claimant inquiries and communicate decisions clearly.
• Monitor timely processing of claims transactions and prepare reports.
