Job summary

Citygreen Systems LLC is hiring a Civil Estimator to join its offshore team in a fully remote role, collaborating with Australian project managers, design staff, and commercial leaders across daily hours.

You will perform scoping, tendering, quantity take-offs, and pricing for urban infrastructure, streetscape, and stormwater works, translating drawings into accurate pricing and identifying risks to protect project profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years civil estimating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review tender invitations and assess go/no-go.
• Manage tender timelines and submissions.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and overheads.
• Develop project-specific methodologies and pricing approach.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and handover to delivery teams.
