Platform Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join a leading Australian civil contractor, working remotely from the Philippines. You will help create tender submissions and collaborate with the Australian team on drainage, groundworks, and infrastructure projects.

You should read tender documents, perform BoQ, prepare pricing, identify risks, and draft methodology. Prior contractor-side estimating experience in groundworks, drainage, and bridge projects is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience supporting an Australian / NZ Civil Contractor
• Experience in civil groundworks and pipeline projects
• Proficiency in CostX, Cubit, and Bluebeam
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Your own WFH setup (laptop and monitor)

Responsabilidades

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Prepare scope summaries, assumptions, exclusions and tender risk items.
• Complete quantity take-offs and pricing build-ups.
• Prepare supplier and subcontractor enquiry packages.
• Compare supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Draft methodology and construction approach sections.
• Prepare tender checklists and submission drafts.
• Identify missing information and prepare RFIs
