You will assess labour, materials, time, and project risks while coordinating with suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to cost accuracy and project detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and word-processing software for calculations and reports.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural, civil and architectural drawings, and geotechnical reports.
• Experience with estimating software Mudshark and Buildxact is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation: proposals, blueprints, specifications, bills of quantities, and geotechnical reports.
• Prepare detailed take-offs for earthworks, civil works, and basement packages.
• Build accurate estimates by identifying labour, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
