Job summary

Synergy Siteworks is seeking an experienced Estimator based remotely in the Philippines to support bidding and project cost control for civil site work. You’ll produce AGTEK earthwork takeoffs, estimate related scopes, and identify cost and quantity issues early.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and delivers accurate numbers. This is a fully remote contractor role, with compensation ranging hourly and opportunities for training and certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience in earthwork, utilities, or civil site work.
• Familiarity with FDOT specifications and bid items.
• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret civil plans and specs for site work.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, drainage, and paving.
• Build AGTEK earthwork models and perform cut/fill analysis.
• Produce quantity reports and exports for GPS machine control.
