Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the cinema and snack bar, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.
• Ensure the proper functioning of cinema equipment and oversee the maintenance of facilities.
• Implement and monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, company policies, and regulations.
• Lead, supervise, and provide training and guidance to assigned personnel.
• Monitor daily cinema and snack bar sales and prepare accurate operational and sales reports.
• Recommend booking policies and strategies in coordination with the Corporate Booking Manager.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare the annual budget for cinema and snack bar operations and monitor budget performance.
