Job summary

Maersk is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader for the Global Shared Services in Metro Manila. You will develop CI strategies, own process quality and skills gap identification, and lead cross‑functional projects across GSC, Product and Global levels.

You’ll partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on enhancements and drive automation opportunities while fostering a quality culture. Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in CI or transformation, Lean Six Sigma Black/Master Black Belt, and

Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt is preferred.
Hands-on Lean implementation experience, such as value stream mapping and transactional process improvement.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other CI methodologies.
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels.
Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
Identify automation opportunities across processes.
