Job summary

Maersk is seeking an senior Continuous Improvement leader to develop and execute global CI strategies, oversee process quality frameworks, and drive cross-functional transformation across GSC, Product, and Global levels. The role emphasizes automation, skill development, and strong stakeholder leadership.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional projects, partner with technology teams, and ensure sustainable adoption of improvements across sites while maintaining a focus on quality

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.

Key Responsibilities:
