Job summary

D Virtual Assistance Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced CargoWise and logistics systems specialist to provide L3/L4 application support for CargoWise and related systems, focusing on troubleshooting and advanced configuration across logistics operations.

You will work with operations, finance, compliance, and IT teams to resolve critical incidents, support testing and UAT, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CargoWise or freight forwarding ERP support or logistics application experience.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding workflows and supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise modules and configurations preferred.
• Knowledge of finance concepts including AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with workflow automation, notifications, reporting, and system customization.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical and operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 and L4 application support for CargoWise and related logistics systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational, workflow, finance, and integration-related issues.
• Manage finance-related system concerns including AR/AP, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, trial balance, and P&L concerns.
• Support workflow triggers, notification generation, custom field creation, and advanced configuration.
• Handle carrier queries, customs messaging, port messaging, and scheduling/tracking support.
• Customize and generate operational and finance reports.
• Support advanced user access and security configuration.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process/system improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, compliance, and IT teams to resolve critical incidents.
• Assist in testing, UAT validation, and implementation of system enhancements.

• Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical and operational issues independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, EDI, or integrations is an advantage
• Experience supporting global operations or international logistics teams is preferred
