Job summary

InvestEd is seeking a Senior Investments Associate to serve as the operational backbone of its Capital Partners function, focusing on lender account management, KYC/AML administration, and investor records. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Investment Operations, Private Banking or Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Services Operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple transactions, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full lender lifecycle, including maintaining lender records and tracking maturities, renewals, payment schedules, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracting, notarization, and document custody for lenders.
• Support lender payment administration with Finance and track post-dated checks, deposits, replacements, and cancellations.
• Maintain inquiry logs and ensure compliance with Lender Management Policy.
• Coordinate collection and completion of KYC/AML requirements for lenders and investors; escalate red flags to Compliance.
• Provide administrative support for equity investors, including maintaining investor records and filing investment documents.
• Prepare briefing materials, coordinate fundraising meetings, roadshows, and capital events; capture notes and follow-ups.
• Maintain capital partner documentation, trackers, renewal calendars, and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across External Relations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
