Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Associate to support daily accounting and reporting for investment funds. You will maintain fund records, validate investor transactions, and perform reconciliations.

This role involves preparing financial statements, fee calculations, partner allocations, and assisting with month-end close, audits, and regulatory reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial reporting, and fund accounting principles.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle fund accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and portfolio support.
• Verify investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other fund transactions.
• Review fund valuations and investigate pricing or reconciliation exceptions.
• Prepare financial statements, fee calculations, partner allocations, and other fund reports.
• Assist with month-end close, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and service standards.
