Job summary

Acclime is seeking a diligent Operations Specialist to support MIS and ESVCLPs fund clients, focusing on onboarding, trade setup, and regulatory checks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate account servicing and timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Previous experience in fund administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
An understanding of Managed Investment Schemes and their operational framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Operations Manager in servicing and supporting all fund clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, providing assistance and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new fund clients.
Establish and maintain trade and investment accounts for clients.
Collaborate effectively with the Finance and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
Process investor transactions and regulatory requirements, including applications, redemptions, AML/KYC checks, and CRS/FATCA compliance.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support the implementation of system and process enhancements.
