Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Content Creative Supervisor with an advertising agency background to transform brand briefs into compelling campaign ideas. You will own concepts, shape messaging, and collaborate across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.

The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration as you guide campaigns from concept to final output, ensuring consistency with the original creative idea.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant creative experience, including advertising agency experience.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with campaign messaging expertise.
• Hands-on experience with digital, social media, or integrated campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Develop original campaign ideas and creative concepts based on brand objectives and audience insights.
• Create engaging slogans, key messages, social media copy, and video scripts.
• Turn one strong idea into content across social, video, influencer campaigns and other channels.
• Present creative proposals and explain the thinking behind ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, media, and production teams to execute campaigns.
• Guide creative execution to ensure the output reflects the original concept.
