Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila, Philippines seeks a Content Creative Supervisor who focuses on thinking and strategy over execution, turning brand strategies into compelling Campaign Ideas and Social Ideas. You will lead Big Ideas from briefs, craft engaging copy and storytelling, and extend ideas across video, social, KOLs, activation, events, and more.

Collaborating with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, and external agencies, you will develop ideas that are relevant, engaging, and shareable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Advertising Creative, Creative Content, Copywriting, Art/Creative, or related fields.
• Strong advertising agency creative background.
• Proven experience in Campaign, Integrated Marketing, Digital Campaign, or Social Campaign development.
• Strong Big Idea, Concept Development, and Creative Thinking skills.
• Ability to independently develop creative concepts from a brief.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media and what makes an idea engaging and shareable.
• Strong presentation and creative-selling skills.
• Experience collaborating with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, KOLs, and external agencies.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform brand strategies and business briefs into compelling Campaign Ideas and Social Ideas.
• Develop strong Big Ideas and creative concepts from brief to execution.
• Create engaging content concepts through copywriting and storytelling.
• Extend core creative ideas across Video, Social, KOL, Activation, Events, and other formats.
• Develop creative ideas that are relevant, engaging, and socially shareable.
• Present and sell creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Production, Media, KOLs, and external agencies.
• Work closely with different teams to bring creative concepts to life.
