Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Creative Supervisor with an advertising agency background to turn brand briefs into compelling campaigns that engage audiences. You will own creative concepts, shape messaging, and collaborate with strategy, design, media, and production teams to bring ideas to life across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.

You will lead development of original ideas, craft slogans and scripts, and independently present proposals with clear reasoning.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant creative experience, including advertising agency work.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and messaging skills.
• Experience developing campaigns across digital, social and integrated channels.
• Ability to present and defend creative concepts independently.

What You'll Do

• Turn one strong creative idea into content across social media, video, influencer campaigns, and other channels.
• Present creative proposals and clearly explain the thinking behind your ideas.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, media, and production teams to execute campaigns.
• Guide creative execution to ensure the final output reflects the campaign's original concept.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of relevant creative experience, including advertising agency experience (required).
• Proven experience developing advertising campaigns, creative concepts, and big ideas.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and campaign messaging skills.
• Hands‑on experience conceptualizing digital, social media, or integrated campaigns.
• Ability to independently develop and present creative proposals.
• Strong English communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling FMCG, entertainment, gaming, or youth‑focused brands.
• Knowledge of Philippine pop culture, social trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience with influencer campaigns, branded content, or digital activations.
