LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead purchasing strategies and supplier negotiations for Tabaco City's supermarket team.

The role focuses on optimizing product assortment, inventory, and profitability while ensuring timely delivery of quality products. You will analyze sales trends, manage pricing and promotions, and collaborate with merchandising and store operations to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in buying, purchasing, or merchandising, preferably in supermarket/retail.
• Strong supplier negotiations, product sourcing, inventory planning, and pricing skills.
• Knowledge of sales analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant business systems.

• Develop purchasing strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory targets.
• Lead supplier sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable trade terms.

• Analyze purchasing reports and propose initiatives to improve sales and profitability.
• Mentor and guide junior buyers to strengthen team performance.
