Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on-site in Goa, Camarines Sur.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supermarket operations to ensure efficient store performance and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and other business objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate store personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, merchandising standards, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper product handling, store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, inventory losses, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotions, pricing strategies, and merchandising standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, and other departments to support smooth store operations.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance store performance.
