Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily selling floor operations and ensure smooth sales activities.
• Lead, motivate, and coach sales associates to meet targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist in planning in-store promotions, displays, and product placement.
• Monitor shelf tagging, pricing, and FIFO product rotation.
• Coordinate with stock/inventory for replenishment.
• Monitor sales reports and suggest improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members on store policies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
