About you

• At least 1 year of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or related projects.
• With at least Yellow Belt certification/training in Lean Six Sigma
• College graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading internal or client-facing projects is an advantage.
