The role spans multiple domains including customer experience, risk, and operations, requiring adept handling of regulatory requirements and a proactive, data-driven approach to reduce recurring issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own high-complexity escalations for business customers with cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk transactions within the portfolio.
• Provide concierge-level support to prevent business impact.
• Lead onboarding processes (KYB) and transaction completion.
• Deliver real-time transaction updates to customers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership to resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement from root cause analysis.
