Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Business Concierge Associate to deliver high-impact support for business customers across the Philippines and Nicaragua. You will own complex escalations, manage risk, and coordinate with Disputes, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure timely, sustainable resolutions.

This on-site role requires navigating multi-functional workflows, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivering a premium, white-glove experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with or supporting businesses and/or high-value customers.
• Deep expertise in customer success, disbursements, and financial risk management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate issues into actionable guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset with a drive to improve processes.
• Partnership-oriented with internal and external stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for helping businesses succeed.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of the financial services or payments industry.
• Knowledge of AI tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex customer concerns with premium white-glove service.
• Liaise with Disputes, Complaints, and Compliance to drive end-to-end resolution.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk transactions within the portfolio.
• Summarize trends and contribute data-driven recommendations to reduce errors.
• Guide onboarding (KYB) through to transaction completion with compliance.
• Provide real-time transaction updates to customers and maintain trust.
• Communicate rigorously with customers whose accounts are compromised.
• Participate in experiments and pilots to improve the customer experience.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership to resolve escalated issues.
• Pursue continuous improvement and address root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Uphold Remitly’s cultural values in daily work.
