Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline
• Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:
• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in major enterprise system implementation, modernization, or product delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement business processes, including Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier/vendor management, contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and payment-related processes.
• Experience with procurement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, vendor management, or ERP platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, presentation, and analytical skills
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Procurement are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience
• applying Agile and SDLC principles in enterprise system implementation projects.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently research complex issues, analyze
• relationships among multiple factors, identify root causes, anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
