Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems, digital transformation, or modernization projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Procurement are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to procurement transformation and process optimization initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise procurement systems. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. This position plays a key role in driving improvements across procurement and vendor management functions while supporting end-to-end system implementation and product delivery initiatives.
