Job summary

DMCI Homes in Makati seeks a Finance and Supply Chain Business Analyst to translate business needs into ERP requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance.

You will work with IT and Finance to design and validate ERP solutions, manage configurations, and support testing and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Delivers training and supports change management for end users during adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any Business-related course
• With at least five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Familiar with financial systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
   Gathers and documents detailed business and financial requirements from stakeholders
   Ensures requirements align with business goals, compliance standards, and operational needs
   Collaborates with different departments to understand and validate requirements
2. Solution Design and System Configuration
   Translates business requirements into functional specifications
   Collaborates with Information Technology and Finance teams to design effective Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
   Oversees system configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices
3. Testing and Validation
   Develops and executes testing strategies to validate system functionality
   Ensures system readiness and compliance with requirements prior to implementation
   Identifies issues and recommends system enhancements
4. Training and Change Management
   Develops and delivers training programs for end-users
   Conducts training sessions to ensure proper system utilization
   Facilitates change management initiatives to support smooth system adoption
5. Project Management and Coordination
   Manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables
   Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation
   Provides regular updates and communicates project status to stakeholders
