Job summary

ZigZag Offshoring is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead our APAC team and strengthen the Business Analyst function within Product. You will define, improve, and scale our digital payments product capability for customers globally, with a focus on APAC, turning insights into roadmaps and outcomes.

You will bridge business and technology, translating needs into actionable requirements and ensuring alignment with engineering and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA or similar experience in financial services, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Academic background in computing, business, economics, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with data reporting tools and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between commercial, operational, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of goals.
• Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model current and future processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead the product analytics function, maintain metrics, and enable data-driven decision making.
• Partner with product managers to size opportunities and develop robust business cases.
