Job summary

Globant is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Scrum Master to translate complex business needs into clear requirements; manage intake and backlog readiness; and partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Operations to deliver high-value reservation capabilities. Remote role based in the Philippines with overlap to U.S.

time zones. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise business analysis, experience with Scrum and waterfall, strong stakeholder management, and data literacy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive enterprise business analysis or product analysis experience.
• Experience delivering IT systems or enhancements in complex environments.
• Experience with both Scrum and waterfall delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, challenge, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Manage intake and backlog readiness, clarifying outcomes, sizing complexity, and prioritization.
• Analyze data, metrics, processes, and system impacts to support decisions and measure delivery outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and support teams; facilitate Agile ceremonies when needed.
