Job summary

EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our offshore team. The role requires strong strategic thinking, data mapping, and UX design capabilities to bridge onshore clients and offshore developers, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions.

You will design Power BI reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide Agile product teams from epic MVPs to incremental delivery, while thriving in a remote, video-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years in business analysis within Financial Services.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in UX design, wireframes, or prototyping tools.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working remote/offshore with video collaboration.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and tech requirements with a strategic mindset.
• Drive product and solution strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead data mapping translating business needs into specs.
• Apply UX design to create user-centered solutions and wireframes.
• Develop testing strategies and scenarios for solution quality.
• Design and build Power BI reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate insights to product and tech teams.
• Support Agile teams with story management and MVP scoping.
• Coordinate Epic MVPs and delivery plans with Product Owners.
• Engage with onshore/offshore teams via video for collaboration.
• Highlight dependencies of complex workflows with external apps.
