Job description

RingCentral is looking for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is an individual contributor who acts as an Analytics Business Partner advising key Business Leaders within Customer Care and organizational expertise and analytic insights to VPs, Directors and Business Leaders on a day‑to‑day basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights, often used for decision making and strategic planning.
• Create and maintain structured management reports and dashboards to monitor and periodically evaluate business performance.
• Synthesize business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing ad‑hoc and strategic analysis.
• Structure end-to‑end analysis (from methodology to recommendation) under the supervision of a senior manager/senior business analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Care or Post‑Sales Operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening and presentation.
• Strong database manipulation, stakeholder and project management skills, data storytelling, and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of CRM and Customer Care tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Knowledge of Big Data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Alteryx) is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–8am).
