The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Care, strong analytical and organizational skills, and will collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–8am).
