Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Information Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of business analysis experience, including 5+ years in a senior BA role.
• Strong background in banking, financial services, and business process design.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft technology platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, training, and communication skills.
