Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of business analysis experience; 5+ years in a senior BA role.
- Strong data migration, analytics, testing, and process improvement experience.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365.
- Proven stakeholder, vendor, and project management with excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, backlog refinement, and solution design workshops.
- Drive data analytics initiatives, KPI development, reporting, and Power BI dashboard requirements.
- Oversee data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
- Coordinate UAT, quality assurance, risk management, and cross-functional project delivery.
