Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Product Analyst to support fintech product delivery and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with Product Leaders, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze opportunities, coordinate delivery, and drive successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering and business teams.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Experience with payment platforms, fintech products, or API integrations.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow concepts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our fintech products. This role works closely with Product Leaders, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze opportunities, coordinate delivery, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business, customer, and stakeholder requirements.

Skills & Experience

Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with payment platforms, payment providers, or fintech products.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Suite).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Fintech or SaaS experience.
• Experience with scheduling or workflow management tools.
• Exposure to product metrics, reporting, and data analysis.
