About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in data modeling, analysis, and entity modeling. This role will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, analyzing data structures, and translating them into functional solutions.

As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct data modeling and entity modeling to support business and system requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed business and system process documentation.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks.
• Support project management teams by ensuring clear communication and documentation of business requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in financial services and emerging technologies like cryptocurrency.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, entity modeling, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in creating business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process models.
• Proficiency in UML modeling tools and business process modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working closely with development teams.
