Job summary

ZigZag Offshoring is seeking a Business Analyst to join our APAC team to enhance BA capability within Product. You will focus on improving, defining, and growing our digital payments product capability for customers, collaborating across disciplines.

You will lead cross-functional analysis across technical, financial, commercial, and social topics, drawing on primary and secondary sources to improve operational effectiveness of our products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Academic qualifications in Computing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated understanding across technologies, payment methods, and business models.
• Experience with financial products, payments, and digital business models.
• Hands-on with data reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of products, services, technologies, and regulations in digital payments.
• Lead analysis across technical, financial, commercial, economic, and social topics using primary and secondary sources.
• Champion data-driven decision making with metrics, reporting, and visualisations.
