Responsibilities

About the Role

Drive key business operations modernization by bridging the gap between operational processes and enterprise technical solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will perform deep-dive analysis on complex workflows, author clear requirements, and lead quality assurance and user acceptance testing across large-scale software implementations. Working alongside cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors, your efforts will ensure scalable, high-impact digital solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive reviews of existing business processes, requirements, design specifications, and software applications.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, process maps, and functional specifications for enterprise systems.
• Prepare and review detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts mapped to functional requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and support business users throughout testing cycles.
• Monitor and manage defect tracking, issue logs, and resolution workflows in collaboration with technical teams.
• Engage with external vendors for requirements elaboration, solution design reviews, quality assurance, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Minimum 5 years of domain experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process mapping, requirements documentation, and IT quality assurance testing.
• Solid understanding of financial or process audit frameworks and public expenditure mechanisms.
• Proven proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, the full SDLC, and project management lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Demonstrated vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder communication capabilities.
