Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong.

You will lead requirements gathering, design specifications, and test planning for client sovereign operations, ensuring quality and traceability. The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, 3+ in a senior BA role, and 5+ years in banking/financial services, with strong vendor and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of solid business analysis experience, including 3+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5+ years in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 5+ years designing and documenting business processes.
• 5+ years of QA and testing IT applications.
• Familiarity with financial audit and public expenditure frameworks.
• Knowledge of PM lifecycle and SDLC; Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in Microsoft stack: SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication in English.

What You'll Do

• Deep-dive into existing processes, captured requirements, design specifications, and applications related to the client's sovereign operations.
• Develop additional requirements documents for the project where needed.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts against defined requirements.
• Coordinate with the testing team and support users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor and manage bug fixes and issues through to resolution.
• Engage with vendors on requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical experts, and integration counterparts within the project team.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related course.
• 8+ years of solid business analysis experience, including 3+ years in a senior business analyst role.
• 5+ years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 5+ years of experience designing and documenting business processes.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of IT applications.
• Good exposure to financial audit and process audit frameworks, and knowledge of public expenditure and financial accountability frameworks.
• Conversant with the project management lifecycle and SDLC; knowledge of Agile and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft stack (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Proven vendor management skills, strong stakeholder management, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: understanding of the development process of an international development finance institution.
